Rebecca S. Bozeman

 

Mrs. Bozeman graduated in 1980 from Cumberland School of Law while making the Dean's List and has been in private practice concentrating in Consumer Bankruptcy and Family Law since that time.  She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Birmingham Bar and the Birmingham Volunteer Lawyers.  She has years of experience and is able to sort out complex problems, creating  individual solutions while making the client feel like "family."  She understands the real world challenges and pragmatic decisions faced by her clients.

John M. Caraway Jr.

Mr. Caraway received his B.A. in Literature from Vanderbilt University in 1977.  He completed course work for the M.A. in Literature at U.A.B. in 1992 and received his J.D. from the Birmingham School of Law in 1997.  He is the immediate past Alabama State Chairman for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.  He has practiced for over 19 years concentrating in consumer bankruptcy litigation and is also a founding partner of the Alabama Consumer Law Group LLC, which is a consortium of affiliated consumer attorneys, who litigate and or arbitrate consumer law issues in both state and federal court.  Mr. Caraway is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy related matters.
